The Menu Board!

I will customize any order for you. Your colors, your sizes (standard, and most popular, is 3″), your specifications, etc., to the best of my ability. You ask, and you shall recieve.

I work with most fabrics, only a few are too hard to work with. I prefer to work with cotton, since that yields the best results. I will let you know if a problem arises with your request.

Ok, you ready? Here I go…

I make 3 different petal designs. The first, and most popular amongst what I have sold thus far, is the Rounded petal…

The next popular is the Squared petal…

And the last design is the Long petal…

All of the samples above are what I am calling Single flowers. I do also make Doubles…

I will make your flower orders as just flowers, or as the following. I can make you a Pin,

a Magnet,

a Barrette,

and/or a Hairband.

And, how cute is this? I can even add an embellishing charm/button to your flower to add just that right amount of whimsy…

With your choice of any of the above, my prices are as follows…

Singles = $5.00/   Doubles = $10.00/   Embellishments = $1.00 extra.

I will ship to you using a small USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box. Their standard charge for this is $4.95.

Currently, I am only accepting money orders. But, I will be adding PayPal for you all SOON!

Hello!

My name is Janet (aka: “Kanzashi Kween”).

I have always been a pretty crafty person. So, the day that I was looking at one of my Woman’s Day magazines and just happened to come across a picture of a fabric flower, I thought to myself, “Self, that looks easy. You can do that!” And so, from that day on, my “business” journey has begun.

I started out making just a simple one for myself, following the instructions that I had found. I was so excited, that not only did I make a piece of beautiful art, but also, it was an almost instant award. For, these gorgeous flowers now only take me an hour, at the most, to complete.

This artform I am referring to is called Kanzashi. It is an old form of fabric origami, dating back to the beautiful head ornaments of Japan. They were stunning back in those days, and are absolutely still amazing today.

And speaking of today, I am currently launching my “business”, Kanzashi Kween. I have already sold quite a few of these pieces, and am looking forward to a larger client base. I want to remain busy while making YOU a sweet piece of Kanzashi.

In the following post, I will show you some samples of what I am able to produce for you; along with my price guidelines.

So, feel free to to drop me a line, a comment, and/or an order. I look forward to reading from you, and continuing to make wonderful artwork.

Thank You…Janet
